Audiences enjoy music on a summer evening.

The Camarillo Community Band is made up of volunteer instrumentalists who perform music for the enjoyment of Camarillo and surrounding communities.   Guest conductors lead every concert.  Adult musicians are welcome to join the band.

Founded by Kirk Raymond in 1986, the band seats an average of 120 musicians each year.  The band’s  2021 Summer Concert Series drew hundreds of audience members for each performance, and in 2022 concerts are already planned for June 30 and July 7, 14, 21, and 28.   The band  participates in the Annual Memorial Day Service at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park that draws thousands.  Most  audience members come from Camarillo but attendees come from all of Ventura County and even from Los Angeles County and beyond.

Our Mission: The Camarillo Community Band is an all-volunteer organization of adult musicians. The purpose of the corporation is to provide an opportunity for local musicians to continue their love of performing music in an enjoyable environment, and to offer an entertaining community concert experience for local residents.
